Mezzanine floors are ‘intermediate’ floors of a building. In a warehouse, they are freestanding steel platforms that ‘float’ above the existing floor. Although your mezzanine won’t need planning permission, it will need to meet Building Regs as well as fire safety standards.

Why add a mezzanine to your Coventry warehouse?

Landlords are often happy to agree to the installation of mezzanine flooring in Coventry because they know the value it will add to their premises.
