When pallets and other materials are threatening to overrun the shop floor, give your storage some extra height.

New & 2nd Hand Pallet Racking for Sale

Across Hull, pallet racking is the most common form of warehouse storage solution for palletised products. Pallet racking systems help you make more efficient use of your space, can be custom designed and built to suit your pallet specifications and building dimensions, and offer a variety of loading and unloading options to make picking and stock rotation simpler.

Rack-Master are Hull’s pallet racking manufacturers, designers and suppliers. We’ll help you find the right industrial pallet racking system for your business and your budget.

WIDE AISLE PALLET RACKING

The ‘standard’ type of pallet racking in Hull enables a variety of forklifts to be used, and ensures any pallet within the system can be accessed at any time. Aisle width is typically 2.8m – 3.5m.

An ideal pallet racking system for any new facility.

NARROW AISLE PALLET RACKING IN HULL

A pallet racking system similar to the one above, but making use of narrower aisles (1.4m – 1.6m) and corresponding specialist forklifts. This pallet racking and shelving solution results in larger storage capacity from much denser racking. Wire guidance systems and angled guiderails help your forklifts negotiate the tight aisles without causing damage.

DRIVE-IN PALLET RACKING IN DONCASTER

High density pallet storage without the need to block-stack. In drive-in racking, a standard forklift places pallets onto cantilevered rails. Ideal for warehouse pallet racking in Hull where similar products need storing in a limited space (eg a cold store).

The 'first in – last out' (FI-LO) system makes recovery of pallets at the back of the rack a more time-consuming process.

PALLET LIVE STORAGE

Need high density storage whilst retaining a good flow of product? This pallet racking solution uses rollers and gravity to send pallets from loading to off-loading face in a 'first in – first out' (FI-FO) scenario. It’s ideal for environments with limited space and a requirement for frequent stock rotation (eg perishables). Accessible using most types of forklift.

PUSH-BACK PALLET RACKING IN HULL

High density storage pallet racking without block stacking your pallets on the warehouse floor. Similar to drive-in pallet racking, this 'first in – last out' (FI-LO) scenario enables you to off-load by level rather than by having to empty a full lane.

This form of pallet racking installation is ideal for operations where space is at a premium, where pallets will not be stored more than 4 deep, and where you need relatively easy access to several different types of product.

CARPET RACKING

We customise standard pallet racking with spacers and a chipboard base to enable storage of lengths of carpet without damaging fibres.

Ideally suited to counterbalance forklifts with a boom attachment, so drivers can ‘joust' the carpet rolls via the central hole.

DOUBLE-DEEP PALLET RACKING IN HULL

Pallets are stored two pallets deep, requiring access via forklifts with telescopic forks. This form of industrial pallet racking offers good storage capacities, although accessing the rear pallet requires removal of the front pallet first.

COIL RACKING

Need a new pallet racking solution for coils? We have two. ‘Eye to the sky’ (central hole facing up) enables you to store coils on a standard pallet. Coil cradles store coils side on, enabling faster access and easier use in industrial applications where they can be located straight into machinery without altering orientation.

Coil cradle racking systems require forklifts with boom attachments.

HEAVY DUTY PALLET RACKING IN HULL

Heavy duty pallet racking is robust enough to handle typical bay loadings of more than 20,000kgs or loads per level of 4,000kgs (depending on overall dimensions).

The key to heavy duty pallet racking is its construction. As pallet racking manufacturers, we can design and build your bespoke racking and tailor it to your specific loads and environment. Typically requires high capacity counterbalance forklifts.

RADIO SHUTTLE RACKING

A shuttle device beneath each pallet lane is programmed to take pallets to the front of the pick face or to the rear of the system, giving you the choice of 'first in - first out' (FI-FO) or 'first in - last out' (FI-LO).

The higher the throughput of this warehouse pallet racking system, the more shuttle devices you will need running at any one time.
